• All residents are required to keep their grass cut, so as not to be higher than 6 inches.
• Blowing, sweeping or in any way putting grass cuttings or any debris on the roadway is prohibited. And keeping sidewalks clear of any vegetation or debris is also required.
• On two-way roadways, parking facing opposing traffic is prohibited (left side of car should NOT be to the curb).
• Residents are prohibited from parking on or blocking any sidewalk.
• Resident’s trash must be in cans and not scattered in bags around the property.
• Resident’s trash cans MUST be removed from the street or tree lawn area within 24 hours of collection on Mondays.

ALL Borough ordinances and Quality Of Life (“QOL”) requirements are available on this website and will always be enforced throughout the year. This reminder is due to the greater likelihood of being in  violation of these ordinances or QOL requirements   during the summer months.
