8. Swimming Pools Interior Work on Residential Home
9. Signs Interior Work on Non-Residential Building
10. Car Ports Inground Pools (Electrical $200)
11. Spas and Hot Tubs Above Ground (Electrical $85)
 

Spas & Hot tubs - Zoning price pending review of plans & specs should be based on price of work.
  Sidewalks - $20
  Driveways - $20

  • Three (3) complete sets of plans
  • One (1) Set of specifications
  • Four (4) Site plans
  • Signed Contract (Owner&Contractor) or equivalent approved document (Building Code Official approval needed)
  • Zoning Permit
  • Sewer Permit
  • Energy Conservation Report
  • Highway Access Permit (State Roads)

  • Application, Fees and
  • Three (3) complete sets of plans (Sealed by Architect or Engineer)
  • One (1) Set of specifications
  • Four (4) Site plans
  • Signed Contract (Owner&Contractor) or equivalent approved document (Building Code Official approval needed)
  • Zoning Permit
  • Sewer Permit
  • Energy Conservation Report
  • Labor and Industry Approval
  • Highway Access Permit (State Roads)
